Andy calls Mt. Vernon home. He attended USI focusing on chemistry and mathematics. He has worked for several large corporations in various leadership roles. Since 1994, he has owned and operated a plastic reclaiming company in the city and has been awarded a patent for his work in plastic recycling. Andy is a focused problem solver who is unafraid of asking the questions necessary to resolve the issues. He is an avid listener, a common-sense thinker and relies on us still being a government dependent on the rule of law. He believes that Mt. Vernon's best days may still be ahead.
