Rusty grew up on a small farm where he learned how to work hard and what it means to earn his keep. He had the opportunity to go to college where he earned his degree and met his wife Stephanie. Rusty and Stephanie are blessed with four children; Virginia, Bowen, Theophilus, and Phinian.
Rusty has worked at BWXT since July 2013. His current position is Quality Assurance Inspector. Rusty's family attends Mt.Vernon Baptist Church where he and Stephanie are members. Rusty serves as deacon of men's ministry.
Rusty is looking forward to serving families and the greater part of the Mt.Vernon community. He greatly appreciates your vote and allowing him to serve as your city councilman in District 4.
